I get all of these except the migraines. I just discovered this interesting article:
http://healingjourneysak.com/reading...0Headaches.pdf If you have similar symptoms, you'll want to check it out. If not, move on. |

Feels like my head is muggy 24/7. If I don't have a headache then it feels like i'm on the verge of getting one. My focus at the moment is simply breathing!!!!!! Your tips with the Belly Breathing have been very helpful. Its teaching me to be aware of my breath and to try and stop with the shallow breathing. Many thanks Chroma. LETS SUCK UP THAT AIR! While surfing I came across the following, which are nice short vid on Belly Breathing. http://altmedicine.about.com/od/opti..._Breathing.htm On page 5 of the link it has a two minute video demonstration.... which is so easy to follow). You're welcome. I've been doing some of that corpse pose that Jo*mar recommended when I'm fatigued but don't want to nap. Sometimes with a relaxation audio. Good stuff although sometimes it takes some will power to get back up.
