Default suprascapular nerve

does anyone here have problems with this nerve

is it possible to hurt it and then set off a chain reaction to give you tos or is possible that tos would injur this nerve in isolation.

im wondering if my shoulders just being int he "wrong place" would press on this nerve a little and cause other nerves to get stuck. my external rotators are by far my weakest muscles

The back of my shoulder is one of my most painful places, especially on my surgical side, so I would imagine TOS could affect those nerves.

i tried some external rotator exercises this morning and now my neck is freaking out, the nerves, not the muscles. the outside of my shoulders are always freezing too
