It's possible I have elbow tendonitis on the left side. This would have nothing to do with TOS (I think).

It's just that the symptoms on the left side feel eerily similar to the ones I had on the right side when this mess first started. Oh brother.

I'm unilateral in terms of acute symptoms, but both sides tested positive for TOS. For example, the EAST test will turn both my hands white, but the non-acute side takes longer.

When my normally non-symptomatic side starts getting some minor symptoms, which is rare, I make it a point to rest. Like stop all types of work, fix up my posture, support the arm, and watch a movie or take a nap. So far, so good.

My bad side has the depressed shoulder girdle and just the slightest of x-ray anomalies, whereas my good side does not. I expect that if I listen to my body, the good side won't get bad.

Some people in these forums have mentioned going from unilateral to bilateral, so do be careful.

I also have wrist splints with thumb spicas that help with elbow issues from TOS.

My TOS surgeon, Dr. Atasoy, recognizes and discusses my thumbs, wrists, elbows, shoulders, arms as being related to TOS and scalenes. After 11 years, he's so right. Such a great doctor to discern and explain things to me.

Surgery offered, but I was not willing. And at that time, pecs were not being addressed. so, I do have pec problems too. Not sorry I didn't lay down for surgery. It's just hard to function with all the problems.
