Default PT and taping

I'm recovering from surgery and am doing PT. My therapist taped my upper traps and shoulder blades a few days ago and it's been one of the most helpful things I've had done in PT so far. It's really helping my posture and reminding me to relax my traps and keep my shoulder blades down and back. For those of you in PT, I suggest asking your therapist if they think taping might help.
