i overstretched i guess (??) my spine and/or my pecs
and bended my arms too much (>90 degrees) now my pec muscle feels awful and i have trouble bending and using my arm. there's a spot at the webby part over my arm pit that feels like NEEDLE. it is hott and like a really painful needle. i rub it out and it comes right back. does this sound like a trigger point? i am confused as to whether this is referred pain from somewhere else or a trigger point that just won't go away and hurts extra bad. anyone have this
