I have had TOS surgies on both sides. I found relief from pain that started up quite a few years later than the doc seems to think might be scar tissue. In addition to physical therapy I have been getting botox injectiona every 3 months. They helped just enough to lead a fairly normal life without pain meds or thoughts of surgery. However, that doctor has now retired and my surgeon doesn't know anyone in the Seattle or greater northwest area that does them. I would gladly travel east or south if there is an experienced doc in this procedure as long as I only have to go once every few months.
