i will admit that the chiro I came across was very good with the whole body alignment and doing PT type modalities- very gentle with adjustments too.

You can usually just ask for a evaluation- but seek out an expert & well trained one that also studies to keep up with all things healthy.

There are advanced PT people out there - go to something like - physical therapy association website, and search for ones in your area with lots of letters after their name LOL
- I was able to locate a teacher of PT at the local university he also had his own PT clinic - he was very helpful.

Many body worker types like Feldendkrais, Bowen, McKenzie, Alexander - any of those has videos & websites telling more about them.
I always forget this guys name -Erik Dalton seems like another possible technique - has a video here-
