so I tried doing some yard today and of course over did it. My shoulders, side of neck and forearms are burning and lots of muscle spasms. Even my left side which I already had the surgery is hurting. feels like someone stabbing the sides of neck. collarbone area feels like a lot of pressure and having trouble lifting arm. I see my surgeon this thursday and have a lot of questions for him.

I did some spraying for parents the other day, and my neck & shoulder have been sore since..the tightness & discomfort are slowly fading away.
I hope it keeps fading as it is perfect garden planting weather right now... Do you think you might have strained something?

not sure, I really was trying to be careful and not lift anything heavy. I pulled weeds from garden beds and raked them. My son put the mulch down and I spread it by hand, so I think just the motion of using arms might have caused it.
