okay, so i am actually friends with a radiologist and i'm going to send these to her.. you guys can guess here and i'll post the correct answer when i receive a response.
long story short my pt and i almost got in an argument over this. i can't tell where my c7 is and the doctor or whoever looked at this, did not say my c7 is big and then i mentioned it to another doctor later who didn't take me seriously and said no it's fine. anyways heres the pics, maybe my c7 from the side is big i thought that was my t1. i am confused http://img842.imageshack.us/img842/4046/xneckfront.png http://img213.imageshack.us/img213/7871/xneckside.png she also said the serratus basically has zero to do with my ribs being elevated and that the best i could do was get my shoulders to stop hunching over. maybe that's true but it's kind of depressing. i did not always have elevated ribs and my scalenes are not spasming at all.
