I am also only affected on the right side. I am right handed.

i sleep on my left side bc thats my tight "tos" side and it feels good to squish it up, lol

left side and I am also right handed. Had surgery 26 years ago for rib removal.
now have scar tissue giving me my TOS symptoms back.
