Default Cardinal Pitcher getting TOS surgery

Interesting article because he only has NTOS. Usually the Pitchers have ATOS.
He is going to Dr. Pearl in Dallas, who I have heard of recently. It mentions that he will be getting his first rib removed and 2 neck muscles removed which must be his scalenes. They say he will be able to pitch again next season. It will be interesting to watch what happens to a public figure.
