Default Sleep study

Well the results from the sleep study are in, and I do have moderate sleep apnea. I am not really surprised. Just add it to the list---TOS, MS, Lumbar disc problems, sleep apnea. Maybe I can start healing after I start sleeping better. That is my hope anyway.

My lumbar issues seemed to be resolving themselves post TOS surgery and therapy (thoracic spine and rib mobilization as well as some core strengthening). Maybe you will be as lucky as well.
