Default tingling in legs and shoulders

i did this pilates exercise incorrectly last night and i guess it stressed out my t-spine (?)

i couldn't even lie on my side/shoulders because they were tingling so down into my arms and then i got a mild tingling/trickling sensation in my legs

is this really abnormal? i'm not sure what it means

today i feel mildly tingly all over. it's not painful exactly but i know i have to take it easy

so i mentioned it to my pt today and she didnt seem surprised, said it was something to do with my t-spine being..all worked up (??) and setting off my autonomic nervous system.

this makes the most sense to me

The same thing happened to me doing the butterfly move in Tai Chi. Very bad for T-spine. Be very careful. How are you now?
