Default Rotational stuff

I do a lot of rotational stuff for that. Like put my arm out at my side, and rotate it forward and then backwards a few times. Sometimes I bend my elbow at 90°and do it that way, or reach overhead and do it, or behind me, or in front of me. I just play around and find an angle that seems to give me a good stretch. For me, rotating the arm like that helps to breakup the tension in my shoulders, upper back and armpit area.

Default Thera Cane in the Armpit

I just figured out if I take my Thera Cane and put the curved end on the couch, I can get on my knees, and the knob on the handle end fits right under my arm. I just lean on it and bury that thing right into where my lats and triceps tie together. It feels soooo good. I keep finding more ways to use this thing. http://www.theracane.com/in_the_press.htm
