Tongue So I don't have a cervical rib?

The Navy diagnosed me with a left cervical rib based on some fuzzy X-rays and it looked like a neck rib to me too. A few days ago I went to see a civilian chiropracter who took higher resolution digital X-rays and my extra rib is not cervial, it appears to be attached to my 1st rib vertebrae. Chiro said he's seen plenty of cervical ribs but never a double thoracic rib. My rib is perpendicular to my normal set of ribs and hangs down to my 3rd rib. Anyone else have an extra but not cervical rib?

Humble brag: I ran my 1st marathon today (Marine Corps) and a lot of people had tee shirts for their cause and I though next year I will run for TOS awareness! Just kidding, I will never, never run 26.2 miles again. Ever
