My maintenance is Endocett as need up to two a day, most days I try just Alieve, tòradol 10 mg pill once a month to get on top of the pain it is a kick butt anti inflammatory. You have to not over due it, it can cause bleeding if over used. No more than 5 days in a row. But if I'm at the second day I run to an urgent care and get the tòradol shot. Near daily Valium keeps me in check, either a half or the whole. I can take daily but hate taking meds. Ugh even my thyroid I occasionally miss. If I am ER level after all else fails, shot of Valium, Tòradol and morphin. This has been very rare since I maintain with Valium and Endocett and reduced work schedule. This is often the head pain flare of cervogenic spasms. When I have tears running from the pain.
