Default egoscue

Please explore Egoscue method. To those in southern California ,there is a center in santa Monica and Beverly Hills .
It will correct and heal all your postural and hence muscular imbalances .the program is individualized and it works!
I have had bilateral ribresections and scalenectomies amongst other injuries ,and had I known of this modality sooner... Well one cannot live with "what if's "
I am doing the best in10 years since starting !!!!
It involves some homework(exercises) so worth it!
I used to frequent this board all the time and I want the best life for all of us.
Good luck and to pain free futures .
Metta and peace.
