I have been breathing with my diaphragm ONLY for about 24 hours. It is not easy but I just keep doing it. I"m afraid if I stop I won't go back to it, hehe.
Anyways, it was not easy last night. I laid in bed for half the night not being able to fall asleep always thinking of my breathing. I am hoping that I"ll eventually just do it this way subconsciously. I must say I am not tired though - all that extra oxygen probably did me good. Anyways, I have noticed more blood flow in my hands and it seems to be loosening up my muscles especially in the chest, which no longer have to work. It sucks but I guess it does help. Maybe hypnosis to breathe this way would be good. |

I doubt that you will need hypnosis. The more you practice, the more you will internalize it and make it a habit.

You mean you hate having to practice, or there is something about the breathing you hate? Expand.
