Floating (not swimming) in warm water with support was instrumental in quieting my nervous system.
Back stroke, breast stroke and treading water all feel fine now, but done gently. I will swim in a warm ocean, but it has to be extremely calm as I don't think I have what it takes to battle a current or a rogue wave. |
