Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. My neighbor keeps asking me when I'm going to learn to dive. Uh, does that require the use of my arms? I have also stopped running, not that I use my arms for that but really makes my TOS side hurt. What else has TOS stopped me from doing? Playing my cello . I only wish I could stop working too, lol. I certainly need to look into some ergonomic adjustments for work. TOS has become extremely frustrating for me and I know it has been for a lot of people on here

Floating (not swimming) in warm water with support was instrumental in quieting my nervous system.
Back stroke, breast stroke and treading water all feel fine now, but done gently. I will swim in a warm ocean, but it has to be extremely calm as I don't think I have what it takes to battle a current or a rogue wave. |
