I saw and had surgery by Dr Filler. I do find him to be knowledgable on TOS. One of my doctors at home was very impressed that Dr Filler ordered the ALCAT blood test for food and chemical sensivity. I travelled from the east coast to the west coast to see Dr Filler. He spared me from having the rib resection. My issue was scar tissue wrapped around the thoracic bundle and scalene muscles. I don't think I was a normal TOS patient.

Usually physical therapist are able to do basic test and tell you what they think. For us its hard to describe our symptoms to a doctor so its hard for them to diagnose TOS but when you tell them you think you have TOS they are usually able to diagnosed right away. I snuggest you to go see a PT first and ask if they know what it is. Cost 0 and go see another one till you find a PT who know what is TOS. Here in Canada they pretty much all know TOS so i believe its the same for you guys.

Actually you should go on the teamdoctors web site and send an email to Dr. Stoxen. Is gonna explain TOS in detail and what he think about your condition.
