Default ear pain due to tos. disappointment after consulting dr ystrdy..

hi everybody...ystrdy i went to see my dr regarding my left thoracic outlet syndrome(tos)..i had a right tos surgery 4 months ago..now my right side is giving prob..but this time arnd when i saw him regarding this prob...he thinks that im having some psychological pain...n im v. disappointed ...i feel v.frustrated bcoz i know theres something wrong n im under great pain ...but when the dr says that theres nothing ...i just feel so sad...my hands go reddish n swells up...i even showed the pic of my hand swelling.....my question here is...now i have my ear blocked n constant head ache ......is this normal...my dr says even if i have tos ear pain n headache is not related to tos...under graet stress n frustration..pls help people....m crying alone here..
