Default VTOS, Venogram AND Ivus?

Hey everyone,

For those of you with VTOS, I was wondering if you had a venogram and IVUS for diagnosis. I've read some posts about the venogram, but haven't found anything regarding the IVUS. I'm nervous about both and wanted to know if it was necessary (although I feel crazy for feeling that way when I read about your surgery experiences - you're all so brave). If you had them done in the Los Angeles area, I would also love to hear thoughts regarding your doctor. Thanks.
