Default Lymph flow

Do you guys ever feel like your lymph system is backing up because of TOS? I swear a couple days after my massage I feel great, but then it feels like it's slow again. I'm sure TOS makes for a sluggish lymphatic flow. So does that mean if you have the surgery the lymph would be able to flow easier in and out of the thoracic outlet??

Yes, I do.

Try drinking tons and tons of water and massaging the lymph nodes yourself following your massage. I'm having surgery in September. Ask me in six months??

Yes,
There are many videos on you tube on how to massage/drain the lymph system.

Older posts mentioning it here can be found using our search tool .
