Do you guys ever feel like your lymph system is backing up because of TOS? I swear a couple days after my massage I feel great, but then it feels like it's slow again. I'm sure TOS makes for a sluggish lymphatic flow. So does that mean if you have the surgery the lymph would be able to flow easier in and out of the thoracic outlet??

Yes, I do.
Try drinking tons and tons of water and massaging the lymph nodes yourself following your massage. I'm having surgery in September. Ask me in six months?? |

Yes,
There are many videos on you tube on how to massage/drain the lymph system. Older posts mentioning it here can be found using our search tool .
