Watermelon salsa.
Chunk up melon and squeeze over juice of a lime and add fresh chopped mint and a little sugar to taste (only a little) ---it is refreshing on it sown but wonderful with lamb chops. Apple pie and cream or homemade vanillaice cream for afters!! So that will be two fruits....yummy!! Hx |
