I need help understanding what my MRI results mean and how they managed to come to a questionable TOS diagnosis...any input is appreciated i understand only the pain from the C6 nerve.
C5/C6 small right disc posterolateral/lateral disc protrusion which is narrowing the exit foreman and touching the right side C6 nerve. The disc protrusion is indenting the thecal sac but cord not compressed. There is loss of cervical lordosis There is a haemangioma within the T1 vertabrae, no other marrow abnormality identified Conclusion: Right C6 nerve compression due to C5-C6 disc protrusion Treatment: Pain management and physio Diagnosis: ?Thoratic Outlet Syndrome |
