Sounds like that could be what is also referred to as a "perineural cyst."
My understanding.... these cysts are thought to be asymptomatic in the great majority of cases. In the rare instance that the cyst is causing symptoms, it would have to be quite large, at least a cm or bigger.

I get 5.6 by 5.1mm assuming I'm reading this correctly. See below images.

I think this is the right slide but I'm not entirely sure. I went through the top down images till I found one that looked like what I've seen online.

Used the measuring ruler in imagecast (the included program that the images came in).

I noticed your info was showing on the images , so I removed them, you can post again, but might be best to cover up or block out the personal info with image editing software.

The Tarlov Cyst forum might be a better place to post the images, as they probably have seen similar if it is the same as what they have..
