JAMY,
I've been using a pillow with a water chamber for several years. I've written about it on here several times and offered the information about it (the name, etc.) but nobody seemed interested. I've used just about every other kind of pillow you can think of- egg crate, tempurpedic,etc.- and one that is so "odd" looking that if somebody hadn't told me their chiro sold them I probably wouldn't have heard of it either. The water pillow was the last one I tried and I love mine. You adjust the firmness of it by the amount of water you add. It is pretty heavy though- everybody who's ever picked mine up asks me what kind of pillow it is for it to be so heavy. But I'm so spoiled by it I don't think I'll ever use another kind.
