I am starting to get a lot of pain in my right shoulder when i lift my arm above my chest level. I tried to throw a rope across my truck to tie down a load, and I almost fell to the ground from the pain in my shoulder.
I have bilateral TOS and have had the 1st rib removed on my left and right side. I have also had my left minor pectorial muscle detached. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk |

Can you describe the pain and location?
Is it like a nerve zinger, sharp pain, deep throbbing long last soreness. In the shoulder joint , front of it, back side ? How long ago were the surgeries? Possible internal scar tissue/ adhesions?

I have the same issue and the only thing that helps me is ice. I get burning pain that radiates from the front of the shoulder all the way to the levator scapulae making upward movements unbearable. One day it is raging and the next it shuts off on its own. One of the challenges we get to face living with this miserable condition. |
