Bless your sense of humour on more then one occasion your antidotes of life with workers and family had me in stiches. humour is about the best way to deal with life when we just don;t know what to do, laugh.

Linda I meant to ask if you found BIofreeze tip or try it? I buy mine on Ebay and it is great. It disapates its order fast and dow well like icy hot.
I like the rollon for convienance and the spray, seems to be super icy hot feel.

Di, I can't even BEGIN to tell the number of ways you have helped me since 2003. Dr T, educating me, just being there, let alone meeting dh and me when we came out, later trips putting me up at your home. Felt like I knew you, like family from the time we met. Was a pleasure and honor to meet and know De as well as Katie and the rest of your family. Easy to see the person she was meant to be, and the life she was robbed of by TOS - so terribly sad. We lost my 15-yr-old nephew in the fall of 2000, and it was just wrenching; you never really get over the loss, the void at the family picnics, the what might have beens. I wish I had more to give than a simple hug Di, we all do. You are MUCH loved.

Di First, when the workers called in we just had to readjust our schedule. I have 2 office workers and 10 technicians so we were ok. It is just annoying. I understand, to me this is MY business and MY life, to them it is a job. But, I can't tell you how many times we have given advances of alot of money, interest free. They each take their work truck home each day so there is no wear on their personal vehicles. We pay for all gas, 80% medical insurance, 401K, vacation time and very lenient with hours when needed. We have had tech's quit thinking they could get it better somewhere else, and coming back when they realize it isn't greener on the other side. Sometimes I hate being a boss. I am not an assertive personality so when I need to it's tough. It's kind of funny when the guys are afraid of me. I'm 5'2" and about 125. Not a very imposing figure. To see them come knocking on my office door, looking sheepish to ask for a day off. Once they leave I can't help but laugh because I have to be serious while they are in the office.

My husband asked me 15 years ago if it would be ok if we started our own business. I said sure. I had NO clue what it involved. We ran it from our house for 8 years. At the time we started I had a 2 year old and a 6 month old. How dumb was I!! We own a couple of buildings now so at least it isn't in the house anymore but it is still a major chore.

Wow Linda, That is interesting. I remember bits of tid bits that you mention over the years when you were on, But I can just picture you now all 5' 2" and the sheepish dragging the tails in the door between their legs.
Sounds like you both did an amazing job with the growth!
