I've mentioned this on here several times- the anatomy coloring book that I had to have when I went to massage therapy school was great. And I still use it (no, I'm not still coloring in it! ), to go back and look up where different nerves are and where muscles insert, etc. It really does help to make the BP and the surrounding areas and the muscles of the upper back, etc. alot more understandable.
