During the worst time , my hands mostly stopped working for fine tasks, that was very scary.
So it made me really learn all I could & totally focussed my energy on any and all ways to heal.. alternative stuff, self therapy, bodywork, plenty of gadgets..and a lot of luck . When you can't turn your head , those are muscle spasms & usually triggerpoints are a part of that.. possible top rib needs dropped or mobilized.. What worked for me may not be what works for your case. all you can do is learn as much as you can & try things out to see if they help or not. Don't stick with anything that makes you feel worse..
