Default Recliner

My comfort is the recliner, with a laptop. I have a COOL PAD, it sits under the laptop and has two fans to keep the heat from building up under the computer. I have a [illow under my arms, I use a infra red wired mouse, no batteries to run down is why. I also have at times, use that couch or bed tray for the laptop and use an auxillary key board on my lap. Then my neck does not look downward.

THen too ahve dragon, but use it for work and not so much the INternet.
try to find a local OT that does outfit for carpal tunnel. My office of voc rehab had someone come down to their office and lots of mouse rollers, tackballs, computers and keyboards for me to be out fitted for my system.

I was able to work with the items and try what seemed best for me. I did not like the trackball, as I was too use to a mouse, but did feel well with the infra red, no ball in the mouse. Also, gel werist supports and put the muse on the pad part of that.
