Billy - I'm so sorry to hear about you tripping and falling. I'm accident-prone and have bad luck, and i'm afraid thats something I would do. I think allison was right- try to get on a cancellation list, take your meds, and if ice helps, ice it down!
Also with Victoria regarding the TPI's. I also get trigger points and wow! sore/feel cruddy that day, and a little sore the next day, but I was getting phenomenal relief from them. they helped loosen up my traps and my scalenesk and that helped alot.
