Billy - I'm so sorry to hear about you tripping and falling. I'm accident-prone and have bad luck, and i'm afraid thats something I would do. I think allison was right- try to get on a cancellation list, take your meds, and if ice helps, ice it down!
Also with Victoria regarding the TPI's. I also get trigger points and wow! sore/feel cruddy that day, and a little sore the next day, but I was getting phenomenal relief from them. they helped loosen up my traps and my scalenesk and that helped alot.

Found out left hand isn't broken but still swollen. Cut above eye is sore and hurts but no concussion-just headache near cut. cuts on knees and shoulder sore and eye glasses in shop for repairs. But thankfully my right side was spared. So far keeping pain dr. appt. at end of month. I have test in two weeks (sap?) if I did change appt. would injections effect test?
