Hi guys,
I live in the UK but I am moving to the states in March to look after my Dad who has Leukemia. I am an American citizen but I've lived in the UK my whole life. I am going through a compensation claim and I am trying to calculate how much money I will need to treat my TOS for the rest of my life. In the UK botox costs about £350 every 4-6 months. I have no idea how much it costs in the states. I also have no clue whether it is covered by medical insurance, how much that would cost, and if I would even be able to get it. Can anybody from the states help? My Dad is in Florida now but sick of hurricanes so is moving to either Georgia or West Virginia soon. An absolute bonus if anyone has a copy of a bill for botox they could send me (obviously with any personal details blocked out). Thanks Shane |

If anyone reads this in the future, I managed to get a quote. It's around $1800.
