Default update

Hi everyone,
My Mom thank God survived her brush with death and is finally home after spending a couple of weeks at a rehab hospital.(after almost 3 weeks in icu, 2 weeks on the respiratory ventilator.)Then she spent about 10 days on the medical floor.

Dabbo,
I hope you can get a c-pap machine if you are having sleep apnea. Mine has really helped me, even a little less pain. I wake up feeling somewhat rested.

I'm getting weekly massages by a wonderful therapist certified in neuromuscular massage. It is really helping. I'm starting with a new clinical psychologist to help me deal with the cr*p that goes along with tos.

My prayers for all dealing and suffering with tos.

I'm here. Looking for a PT or massage therapist to help me with elbow pain that is likely to be plain old tendonitus. Waiting for a venogram (on other side) and trying to stay calm until I get results. Thanks all for all the support.

I'm here - pain is still getting to me but I just continue to plug through. Dealing with ins co seems to be my latest battle - talk about adding MORE stress into an already overflowing equation!

Continuing with pain meds, massage, hopefully more PT (if it is approved) and recently bought an Aquafit pass...not sure how that will go but giving it a try. I am starting to feel like a bump on a log!

Unhappy Still here....

Am still here. Don't get to input much, try and keep up to date with boards but sometimes is a struggle. Pain is well at the level where making me feel nausea all the time, and have had to up anti nausea meds to help. Neck is hideous. Tired and very fed up. Just had enough at the moment and feel like cannot do anything right.

Did have a weeks break, exhausting but relaxing at the same time. Little person had a great time so have some memories and we are going to do a scrapbook together. I am behind with cards and so sorry to those who I was sending to. You will get one eventually.
So the break was nice, nice place and comfortable accom with all mod cons - could have stayed. Weather was kind to us.

Anyway as I usuallly say
let today be better than yesterday and tomorrow better than today.

BEST WISHES EVERYONE. xxxxxx

Mmmmm love the choc cake ... off to have some now with dinner.
