Angry Stress!

Ah stress...I love those lovely letters from insurance companies...the ones where they tell you they aren't on your side...yup makes my steress levels go up...which causes my pain to go crazy...yup...that's where I am right now. Thankfully I have a massage in an hour...

So how do us TOSers deal with the bad news, have the strength to fight and keep our pain levels down??? That's my question of the day!

Hope everyone is keeping the pain monster away...
