Heart Flares, Flares, Flares - Nonstop for two weeks now

Back in a full-fledge flare -

can't sleep more than a couple hours a day (which will switch to on/off all day sleeping at some point here)

sweating through sheets / pajamas

pain in legs / shoulders / right arm / head - unbearable points.

I note that the pool has been too cool to ease any stretching. I am in year 5 and I wonder, is this forever?

I really want to see everyone, have a driver set up, but I don't know if I can tolerate the 2+ drive each way to make it happen...I am so far away now.

Johanna, did your flare calm down, or did Halloween w/ the kids get it back up? Victoria, how's your traveling - flare doing? and others?

I am not going to be at the TOS party this year... Hubby is working and I just don't want to chance it that I will get there and get hit with one of my headaches which have been happening quite freqently latley and feel as though I will have to leave and I wouldn't want to ask any one to leave because of that..
I am sorry that I can't meet you Victoria.. You'll have a blast with the gals and there hubbys... It's a great experience...
Many Hugs
Dawn

Default travel ups and downs

Well went to the observatory yesterday and I have been a nasty beast these past few days but not getting the support I feel that I should......do I have unreasonable expectations???? NO......not in my world.

I enjoyed the trip. No planetarium though it was broken as was the Leanord Nemoy exhibit. So we really had a nice view and lunch.

My pain is really at a peak and it is due to doing too much taking lots of meds to compensate.....this will catch up with me and I will be in trouble.....but for now I can cope.

I am enjoying the weather it is 44 deg in Calgary and it will be 79 here in LA so loving it no shivering or big jackets!!

looking forward to the meeeting....

sorry you won't be with us Dawn....there is always next time!!!

Tam I hope you are feeling better and that you can get some good sleep....but I guess if you able to come.....I hope so ....we can all commiserate together.

love and hugs,
Victoria

Is she even up to going??

NO, no no! Dawn, Alison - you MUST come, if I am going to brave this flare, and get there in a quivering mass of pain...Cyn, you are so sweet always.

Dawn, I wish I could get you. If only I could / was driving myself. Are you off the 10 but before the 91? IF so, I think I can get the driver to make the stop, would that help?

Exclamation Last minute ride assistance???

Catherin, Cyndy,Hope,Ocgirl- hey I sent you all an email RE: a new member who is friends with Corine who is trying to come tomorrow. SHe was planning to drive all the way from Alisa Viejo herself, but said she usually drives only about 20 minutes at a time...

I sent her phone number in the email...does anyone have room for one more? She said she has a van that seats 5 as well....
