Default hi Beverley

Hi,
You are so right. It is a full time job to look after your health and your life when you are in such pain. It is totally consuming. I have the same issues. I have not dealt with them for so long, but I can certainly relate.

I hope that you find some strength somewhere deep down in yourself and have the ability to see some light from somewhere or something to keep your head above water.

many hugs and love,
Victoria
