Default tree trimming? Is that OK?

hey- i am having a flare this week from my new strengthening regime...i added one new exercise on wednesday, and by wednesday night i was cooked!!! (oh yeah, then i was trimming a tree with one of those big telescoping branch cutters...that might have been part of it, too ) seriously, though, the one new exercise...GOT to work on my form.....been on super breakthrough meds, muscle relaxers, and have my tens machine hooked up to me couple times a day.....

It is soooo true we spend so long being incapable that when we find oursevles able to move, it is SUPER easy to do too much!!!!
