Default Newbie on the forum!

Hi there. I have been reading the posts on this forum periodically and have found them helpful. I am in the midst of examinations for a list of symptoms that sound like TOS. The majority of my problems began this summer after a full black out followed by vomitting and fatigue. I came out of the faint with a searing pain across my right deltoid. Basically, I have not been the same since with heavy fatigued arms, hot/cold pains running down my arms, up my neck into back of head. More than the pains though I can't handle the way I feel on most days and that is nauseous, tired, slightly dizzy and on the verge of a faint. These are the symptoms that I have not heard TOSer's talk about on a regular basis, do any of you feel ill like this most days? It feels like a hangover or morning sickness. I have been told that it is vaso vagal nerve response, any input? My past history that may have contributed to this are:
-personal fitness trainer-work out extensively myself (especially overhead)
-damage to clavicle 3 years ago
-whiplash 1 1/2 yrs ago
-long neck
I would appreciate any input that you can give as I am still waiting for a referal to the specialist in the area and feel a little lost as to what to do next
Thanks
