Default Yoga poses for thyroid issues.

hey did anybody catch the Oprah about the thyroid issues?? I wonder if this is the co-relation between age and thyroid issues??

perhaps this may help some..if of course you could manage the poses!

Default re:yoga

Hi,
I used to do yoga all the time and it was very helpful so I subscribed to the journal. I love it. It has great recipes and ways to de-stress your life and be green.

hope you got something out of it!
love and hugs,
Victoria
