Hi Peg,
I have woken up with a stiff neck / shoulder everyday for as long as I can remember. Physio / massage/ hydrotherapy, nothing works. I do have C6/7 buldge / nerve entrapment. Some days I cant even move, look like robot. Ozzy |

I usually sleep on my side. I have an awesome new mattress and use on of those tempurpedic type S-shaped pillows (the thicker more expensive kind, not the thinner cheap one. I do okay if I stay in position. If I roll back or forward, my neck is really stiff and painful the next day and it wakes me during the night.
Do you think you are sleeping in a weird position or might it be related to doing more because of the holidays ? I hope it improves for you. |

Thanks everyone!
I'm not sure what is causing it, but I still have it every night. I tried sleeping with a different pillow last night, but no go. The pain and stiffness is on the opposite side from my TOS side. I will most likely head to the massage therapist right after Christmas. Everyone, have a wonderful Christmas!!!!! Peggy
