Hi everyone..

I to find that the use of a small pillow under my arm hurts much less especially when I sit on my couch.. Since getting Frozen Shoulder a month ago I am learning the hard way how to cope with my arm feeling heavy and trying to get comfortable. The Kangaroo pouch sounds good ! Gotta try that one !

Hi 'ya Finz- Hope all is well.

Hope everyone has a pain free weekend..
