Hi everyone ! It's so nice to be back on the board ! Hope everyone is doing o.k.....
I know this has been a topic before but I was wondering.. I just got a Cortisone Shot in the Left shoulder.. ( this morning ) As some of you know I have a Frozen Left Shoulder and have had this now for 5 months ! I finally was able to see an Ortho last week and he set me up to get the shot for today . My shoulder feels like it has 50 tons on it and it hurt more than I imagined. Has anyone had good results from the Cortisone shot ?? How long before you started feeling better and how long did it last ?? I am very hopeful with alot of hard therapy I will be able to get the shoulder moving soon ! I miss my other arm !!!!! Thanks for all your input. And as always - Have a (Hopefully) pain free week !! Hugs, Dolfinz ![]() |
