Thursday- I'm glad that nothing too serious happened when you fell (like smacking your head or someting....) but I'm sorry that you passed out like that. That has to be frightening. You said you don't eat many veggies or red meat. Do you eat beans or chicken for protein?

Mark- the dog looks great! I'm sorry about your hand- are you going to see a doc about that? Funny that you mentioned RSD.... I was looking through some of my medical records over the last 2.5 years and I've found 2 or 3 doc's that mention RSD/CRPS in their diagnoses. I hope that RSDS doesn't rear its head too.

Jo, Di, Lin, Victoria- hey!! long time no chat

Shelley - I 'm gonna tell JoKat on you if you don't stop stealing my icecream!

Hi everyone !

Just wanted to rant today.. Have had a wacky and emotional week so far.. still dealing with the BF thing.....( cry) We are officially done as of yesterday ! After 7.5 years... he found someone else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His ex- wife.............
Nice huh ? But.. at least I have my reservation to go to Florida early.. I leave in 3 weeks... I wish it were tomorrow.... I know this will make me stronger but ya know .. it really sucks... my RSD and TOS are in full flare because of being emotional.... I haven't been able to sleep so I am dead tired but can't get myself to sleep longer than 3 hours at a time ??? I know,i know.. it will pass.... (sniff sniff)

Thanks for letting my rant everyone... There is light out there somewhere huh ?! I'll find it I'm sure just have to get over this .....

Thanks everyone.. Hope you all have a great day .

some of the flare could be from dehydration too, so keep up your water intake, to off set the .

Heart in my prayers

Hi Dolfinz

you will survive this mess. A man is nice but you have YOU the most important person in your life...and all of US of course. So keep your chin up your sleep will come you need to allow yourself to grieve and then move on. I pray that you have the strength to survive the pain now. I wish you all the best in your internal fight. I am always here if you need a chat!!!

All the best....think of your trip to Florida the nice heat that will sooth your spasmodic muscles. You will also get your jewelery going and have time to HEAL

lots of love and hugs my dear!!!
Victoria

Hey Finz- I hope you are feeling better, and ENJOY Florida! Its gonna be 19 here tonight, so I am envious!

I hope everyone that was out in SoCal had a GREAT time seeing each other. You are lucky!

As for me, I'm getting over a nice case of bronchitis. I hate all this coughing. It freakin hurts. The doctor I saw was especially concerned because she was worried that I may not be coughing as effectively as I should be since the vagus nerve helps control your diaphragm, and that is a branch of the BP. I have to go back tomorrow for a re-re-check. I hope that I'm done coughing by then, but if not, I hope she can make me stop!

I hope everyone is doing well

Default Hey

Hi Dabbo and everyone,

It's been a long time since I have been on. I have started what seems to be TOS on the other side now, so I have had to stay off the computer. Too much typing just makes me suffer greatly.

Hubby lost job and it took him 5 months to find another one, but he did, and he got a good one. We are so thankful for that.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Peggy

Hi Peg nice to see you again ! I know the feeling of the TOS moving to the other side ! It move from the right to left on me.. plus having the RSD doesn't help ! I am glad that your husband found work ! Thank God.... Glad to see you.. Hope everyone is doing good... I am doing much better since I have been on the new med. It is finally settling in now.

Just waiting to get to Florida !! Counting down... 2.5 weeks left !

Hugs to everyone.....

Dolfinz

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone if I don't get on .. will be busy...
