Default tilted...

I am mostly tilted in my upper shoulders and collarbone region. I don't attribute it to gymnastics, however, I think its more from the surgery and cutting my muscle structure in that region. Now I am feeling some effects from the unevening of my structure or from developing compensation for my right by overuse and compression to my left. I am not sure if these effects will become more harmful and painful or if I am just cautious because of previous experiences turning out serious.
