I used to LOVE winter, and part of me still likes crisp cold air first thing in the morning. then my muscles tense up, and things go bleeeech.
Time to start stretching (again.....)

I'm sick of icy hands!!!!! (Or hand in my case...)
I've found that gloves with stick grip from Walgreens are helping around the house. The grip allows me to do fine motor moves despite the bulk/ cumbersome nature of the gloves. I posted a pic of my special Halloween clearance gloves here on the Tip thread. Also I've forgotten how well a brisk walk even just around the block can be for warming up those hands (even when its chilly out ) !

Me too, Dabbo.
Love, love the cool air as I'm always on ice to take the pain down & swelling. I get achy when it turn cold & foggy & rain. Rarely use heat for fear of sweling & never use the heater due to sinus infections. However, I can see how the cold winters would tighten the muscles & increase the spasms. Cyndy |
