Default Where do I go now

I'm completely at the end of my rope and don't know where to go next. The workers comp system has let me down and my attorney says there's nothing more that can be done. I've checked with other attorneys and they've pretty much told me the same thing. Their doctors never gave me a diagnosis at all although 3 of the 5 physical therapists agreed that I have TOS but their doctor dismissed it as a "notion". I am currently not able to work and am not taking any medication for the pain and can hardly stand it anymore. I did go to see a doctor on my own while I still had some money in savings and he said he felt that I have a pinched nerve and possible RSD. Now I have no money left to seek treatment on my own nor do I have health insurance. I sought treatment at the LSU clinic where they will treat me for free but that didn't go very well. The doctor didn't examine me at all, he just said it's arthritis in my neck, gave me a shot of Toradol & a shot of steroids and said to come back in 3 months for another round, that's all he can do for me. Of course that didn't help at all. Anybody have any suggestions on where I could possibly get some help?
